REQUIREMENTS

Passion for organization;
Effectiveness, multitasking and ability to adapt in fast-paced conditions, both independently and in a team;
Attentiveness and organization in work, keeping deadlines;
Communication skills (via phone, email, and meetings);
Initiative, self-motivation, and desire for innovation;
Patience and a good sense of humor.

DUTIES

Organization of medical (mostly) thematic activities: round tables, workshops, seminars, conferences, and congresses;
Participation in project preparation from idea to implementation;
Organization of webinars, teleconferences;
Information content and updating of the event site, placement of information about the event on its Internet resources and affiliates, notification of participants, speakers, partners;
Preparation and direct participation in the organization of the event.
